Career Exploration Day

This day is designed to broaden our student's knowledge of the many careers and employment opportunities that are available to each of them.  Professionals come to the school to speak to students about their careers or businesses, providing our students with a realistic look into their chosen profession. Students in grades 10 and 11 learn about various career options, some they know little or nothing about, others that may be familiar.

This is also an opportunity to have a positive impact on the future workforce by giving students the information they need to become good employees and productive members of society. Community involvement is crucial to the success of this day.

Volunteer career speakers are needed, for additional information contact:

On November 16, 2017 juniors and sophomores participated in Career Exploration Day. Students were given the opportunity to find out what it is really like to work and be successful in certain professions.  I sincerely would like to thank those that participated.
