Student Learning Center

The Student Learning Center at Plainfield High School is available to all our students who need academic content support, help with organization and class preparation, or need support completing Credit Recovery Program or Acellus courses.

Along with content support, students may also seek one-to-one or small group support in working through math skill development, organizational and planning skills, and content literacy skills. The Student Learning Center provides planned math support times and Guided Study supports to keep up with class expectations. Students may also make arrangements with the Student Learning Center teacher and/or paraprofessional for specific instructional needs or they may come and walk in during non-instructional class times.

The Student Learning Center is located in Room 1214, in the sophomore wing of the building. If parents or students have any questions, please feel free to contact Renee Bein, the Student Learning Center teacher, by e-mail at [email protected] or by calling the main office and being transferred to his phone extension (2114).
